Terms of Online Sale

Secondo Double Bay has been recognised as one of the best designer consignment stores in Sydney since opening its doors in 2000. We are committed to offering our clientele a carefully curated selection of only the best in luxury pre-owned designer fashion.

By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Our products

All items are pre-owned or consigned unless stated otherwise. Many pieces are new with tags or near new, but we describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Each item is generally one of a kind.

2. Authenticity

Every item is inspected and assessed for authenticity before it is approved for sale. Secondo Double Bay does not knowingly sell counterfeit goods.

3. Availability

Our inventory is shared between our Double Bay boutique and this website and changes frequently. If an item sells in store before your online order is processed, we will notify you and refund your payment in full.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order affected by an error, with a full refund.

5. Shipping and collection

Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Please see our Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Website content

All images, text and branding on this website belong to Secondo Double Bay and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Secondo Double Bay is not affiliated with or endorsed by the designers whose items we sell.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
