Shipping

Every piece is packed by hand at our Double Bay boutique. Here's how delivery works.

Within Australia

• Standard shipping (3–5 business days): $15.00 AUD, or free on orders of $200 AUD and over
• Express shipping (1–2 business days): $20.00 AUD

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may be longer for regional and remote areas or during busy periods.

International

We're happy to post overseas. International postage isn't available at online checkout, so please email hello@secondodoublebay.com.au with the piece you'd like and your country, and we'll come back to you with a postage quote.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within three (3) days of receiving it. See our Refund policy for details.
