We are unable to accept returns.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns. However, as it is our aim to provide all our customers the best posible customer service, we will accept a request for return within three days of receipt of your purchase and evaluate it on a case-by-case basis, provided any of the following apply:
- The item is damaged.
- The item does not meet the description.
- It is the wrong item.
- The item is counterfeit.
Please contact us at info@secondodoublebay.com.au. We will review your request and if accepted for inspection, provided we find your reason to be valid, we will issue you a refund for your full purchase price.
